Peter D. Poulos, MAI, President, is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser licensed in Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio, and Florida. He has a B.A. in Economics from University of Illinois at Chicago. Peter is a member of the Appraisal Institute and has earned the prestigious MAI designation awarded by the Appraisal Institute. He has prepared appraisals for various property types throughout the United States. His appraisal experience ranges from a variety of large and small scale properties including retail, industrial, multi-family office, and special purpose properties. His appraisal work focuses on highly specialized properties such as golf course, subdivisions, and marinas, as well as portfolio assignments consisting of properties located in multiple states. Peter currently serves as the Vice President of the Appraisal Institute - Chicago, and was also recently appointed by the Governor of Illinois to the State Appraisal Board.

Demetri J. Poulos, Senior Consultant, is the founder of The Metron Group. He holds an active Certified General Real Estate Appraisal license in Illinois and serves as a consultant on complex assignments. Demetri received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 1971. He has been involved in appraising thousands of properties ranging from downtown high-rises to hotels, subdivisions, and shopping malls. He has also been a licensed Illinois Real Estate Broker since 1973.

Constantine H. Poulos, Financial Analyst, has a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Chicago geared to economics and finance. He is the company’s financial analyst and has skills in market analysis, feasibility studies, and the appraisal of complex income producing properties. He has completed coursework specialized toward Real Estate Education and Appraisal Consulting. He is proficient in the practices and principles of appraisal as well as residential case study and consulting and has experienced in appraising small and large-scale income producing properties.

Toula Singto, Office Manager, is responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of the Chicago office, as well as the company's financial management. She is also responsible for providing administrative leadership for the office. Toula is a licensed real estate agent and has a vast understanding of contracts and purchase agreements.

Angelo Sikaras, Managing Director, has over ten years of appraisal experience and has been involved in all aspects of general management, quality control, product design, and appraisal operations management. He received a B.S. degree from Northeastern Illinois University with a major in Computer Science and a minor in the field of Economics. Angelo has successfully completed hundreds of hours of real estate related courses and seminars sponsored by the Appraisal Institute and other national real estate associations. He has been significantly involved in appraisal assignments for all property types, including retail, office, industrial, and apartment complexes. Angelo has also worked on a number of portfolio assignments.

Jeffrey M. Hortsch, Senior Appraiser, is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Illinois and Florida. He attended Oregon State University and received a bachelor degree in the field of Economics. Jeffery also attended the Appraisal Institute, the International Association of Assessing Officers and the Real Estate Education Company where he learned the fundamentals of appraisal and assessment for residential, commercial and industrial properties. He has a focus on retail properties and worked on a variety of other property types, including office, multi-family, vacant land and industrial uses. He currently holds an active appraiser license in Illinois and Florida.

Gregory Nold, Senior Appraiser, is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Illinois and attended courses at the Appraisal Institute and the American Institute of Appraisal and Real Estate Education for his appraisal education. He has a focus on industrial properties and has also worked on appraisals for several other types of properties, including retail, office, multi-family, and special use.

Jake Johnston, Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Illinois, received his B.S. from the University of Illinois with a major in Economic and a minor in Business Administration. He attended courses at the Triton Community College and Appraisal Institute for his appraisal education. He has worked on appraisals for several types of properties, including retail, office, and industrial uses, with a focus on hotel properties.

Steven Forsteneger, Appraiser Trainee in Illinois, received a B.S. in Journalism from The University of Illinois. He attended courses at the Appraisal Institute where he became familiar with basic appraisal procedures and standards. He has a focus on multi-family uses, with experience working on office/retail, industrial and vacant land appraisals.

Deborah Azpuru, Certified Residential Appraiser in Illinois, received her Bachelor Degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Her appraisal coursework was completed at Harper College. She has vast experience working on all types of residential properties, with a focus on single family & 2-4 units.
